Refunds and Replacements
Refund, replacement, and delivery-support terms for OA DROPS™ digital data files.
OA DROPS™ sells digital data files. Because digital files cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are generally final after delivery, except as described below.
No General Refunds
OA DROPS™ does not offer refunds based on lead quality, conversion results, outreach results, buyer expectations, later changes in public records, or a buyer’s decision not to use the data.
Duplicate Records in Partial Orders
If a partial-list purchase contains a duplicate serial number, contact OA DROPS™ within 7 days of delivery. For confirmed duplicates, OA DROPS™ will replace the duplicate with a new serial number from the same purchased category when available.
Duplicate Records in Full-List Orders
If a buyer purchases the entire available list and the delivered file contains confirmed duplicate serial numbers, OA DROPS™ will refund the per-record purchase value of the confirmed duplicate records if replacement records are not available.
Delivery or File Issues
If you do not receive your file, receive the wrong file, or receive a file that cannot be opened, contact OA DROPS™. We will make reasonable efforts to resend, replace, or correct the file.
How to Request Help
Refund, replacement, and delivery requests should be submitted through the Contact page within 7 days of delivery. Please include your name, purchase email, order date, and a short description of the issue.
