1. Data Product Only

OA DROPS^™ provides organized data derived from public trademark records and related public-source information. OA DROPS^™ does not provide legal services, legal advice, client referrals, guaranteed leads, guaranteed customers, or guaranteed business opportunities.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Outcome

Public records can change, contain errors, or become outdated. Before relying on any record, you are responsible for independently confirming the current application status, attorney representation status, deadline, contact information, and any other relevant details through official sources.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use any OA DROPS^™ data. This includes compliance with advertising rules, solicitation rules, privacy rules, professional responsibility rules, email rules, telephone rules, and any other laws or regulations that may apply to your use of the data.

4. Purchased Files

Purchased files may include public-record identifiers, application information, Office Action information, dates, contact fields, and related notes. Delivery may be manual, semi-automatic, or automatic depending on the current checkout and fulfillment setup.

5. No Resale or Redistribution

Unless OA DROPS^™ gives written permission, purchased files are for the buyer’s internal business use only. You may not resell, republish, redistribute, sublicense, scrape, mirror, or publicly post purchased OA DROPS^™ data.

6. No Misrepresentation

You may not state or imply that OA DROPS^™ endorsed your outreach, verified an applicant’s interest in services, or confirmed that any applicant requested contact.

7. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. OA DROPS^™ does not control third-party payment systems and is not responsible for delays, outages, or processing errors caused by those providers.

8. Refunds and Replacements

Refunds and replacements are governed by the OA DROPS^™ Refunds policy. Because OA DROPS^™ sells digital data files, all sales are generally final once delivered, except as described in that policy.

9. Changes to the Service

OA DROPS^™ may update, modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the website, pricing, data format, preview fields, or delivery process at any time.
